  A Home Inspection or Assessment is an environmental survey of your property
  from your attic to your crawl space. I even take into account where your home is
  located and how your indoor air quality could be affected by nearby industry,
  busy streets other factors.

  I will inspect your heating and air conditioning system, your ducts, your attic,
  the interior of your home, your furnishings and even consider sociological and cultural
  conditions that may affect your indoor air quality and, consequently, your health.

  What Do You Look For?

  I look for anything that could conceivably become airborne and elicit an allergic
  response. I look for mold and moisture, bacteria, animal dander, biological and
  chemical contaminants, construction dust and many other potential allergens.
